We are on a monthly billing system. You will be billed at the start of each month for any meals ordered in the previous month. Payment can be made by cheque or cash that can either be given to the driver or mailed to the office. You may also pay by e-transfer or by credit card using the link on our website.
If paying by cash, please be sure to include the top portion of the bill with your payment and have the delivery volunteer initial and date the bottom portion and keep it as your receipt.
Arrangements can be made to have bills sent directly to family members or others who may be responsible for the bill payment.
If you wish to cancel a meal, please try to call the office as soon as possible. We do require 24 hours notice for meal cancellations. You must call by 9:00 am the day prior to delivery. Without sufficient notice, we may be able to stop delivery, but you will be billed for the meal.
You may leave a message on the answering machine if you call when the office is unoccupied or we are on the line with another client.
If the delivery itself is cancelled due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control, the announcement will be made on 610 CKTB and CHCH TV. Every effort will be made to contact you personally in this event.
We suggest the following emergency food supplies to keep on hand in case of cancellation in severe weather:
